I am actually unsure what is happening, I am going to work on the site soon, so I will work on debugging it.
EDIT: The problem is, you resubmitted your network, when your network was disabled, using a different case. I didn't catch it, so it added 2 records for the same network as the website is not case sensitive. Your network was disabled as the NETWORK token was being reported as "CoreIRC". If you merged with another network, then the original one gets archived (disabled).
That did actually show me I needed more checks when submitting a network.
