service modules have been added.. one gives services stats when an oper id's to nickserv. One gives the abbility to use chanserv to move a user from one channel to the other.. one command gives services admins the abillity to register a nick for someone, and one makes operserv to forceid which makes someone identified to nickserv. usefull for bots and znc
