[19:50:05] @ norex The group I knew were kinda wierd church functionaries. Like the church moved them around places to help with schools and such. So they'd be in one city for a few years and they'd have big house/small building they'd all live in. Then the church would reassign them and they'd go somewhere else.

[20:01:04] @ norex They were basically admitting all the kids who got kicked out/blacklisted from the good private schools in the hopes that the first years college admissions looked stellar.
