Standardisation of Services response ¶

The services always respond in human readable english language rather that space separate response patterns which are largely prediceded followed by an optional comment string where you can type an english human readable response.
A good example is the work on draft/account-registration
speclink it removes the need for tedious nickserv handling. Rendering those aspects moot then why should we still have services whichh only give notices . Yes the introduction of labeled-response
batch
does make handling chunky responses from thje services better but it shouldnt have to be because the services could give uniform machine readable responses
Using these ideas one can see some replacements from certain ChanServ and NickServ commands.
