[02:03:25] KnownSyntax Aaron: haven’t heard anything from the law firm, but they sent GM a request to sit down and settle. Won’t know for 30-90 days (more like 15-75 days now), and if GM doesn’t agree to settle they will effectively sue them through my state’s attorney general.

[21:08:46] KnownSyntax GM calles me, my prior rep “is out of the office for the foreseeable future”. This rep provided a TON of new info, such as;
[21:08:46] KnownSyntax 3) GM is still declining a buyback at this point in time from my request via BBB (I don’t think my lawyers’ letter got to them yet).

[21:08:46] KnownSyntax 2) GM Field Engineers have no idea what is wrong, they are working with the GM Solutions Engineers now (higher tier?). The vehicle is still marked as “in repair”, but there are currently no repairs noted to be occurring in the future until the GM Solutions Engineers can get back or visit my vehicle themselves.

[21:26:39] KnownSyntax Brandon: I think it's all apart of the process at this point. If they reject, the law firm already noted they will go to court for a settlement. I don’t know how anyone would think a 5+ month wait (with no ETA) on getting a vehicle fixed with an issue and having had a ton of parts replaced already with nothing resolving it is acceptable at all.

[21:32:11] Sirius Count issue was caused by a non-registered client exitting. Earlier I changed it to only increase local user count when a user registered, but forgot to apply the same logic to user exit
