[21:08:46] KnownSyntax 2) GM Field Engineers have no idea what is wrong, they are working with the GM Solutions Engineers now (higher tier?). The vehicle is still marked as “in repair”, but there are currently no repairs noted to be occurring in the future until the GM Solutions Engineers can get back or visit my vehicle themselves.

I don’t know how anyone would think a 5+ month wait (with no ETA) on getting a vehicle fixed with an issue and having had a ton of parts replaced already with nothing resolving it is acceptable at all.
