[18:41:01] daniel2 I definitely aint getting paid enough for that.
[18:41:16] daniel2 My salary right now is just shy of 120K.
[18:41:29] daniel2 And I am an SRE Supervisor, with a Senior level SRE skillset.
[18:41:46] daniel2 With stocks that adds 30K a year, and 10% bonus which is 50/50
[18:41:56] daniel2 50% my performance, 50% company performance.
[18:56:24] newton you thought about seeing if you can get paid more for your skillset elsewhere?

[21:57:33] KnownSyntax I got a 23K boost leaving GoDaddy. No stock options/RSUs, but the same bonus (11%, 6% company 5% employee performance).
[21:58:07] KnownSyntax Well actually more than 23K since I got a 9K raise this year, + 4K additional bonus lol
