[23:03:51] Dr_DICK Soft gel caps can be made perfectly because you're just forming gel of a certain viscocity around pins. Single piece softgels are different because you're taking two layers of gelatin and melting them together at the edge of the dyes (via injection wedge) and meanwhile you're also injecting medicine in between the layers of gel causing the gel to expand to the dyes and ideally completely cut out at that point if not knocked out from the ribbon
