[21:16:55] Dr_DICK I'm doing alright, very sore from my specialist visit yesterday. Considering putting myself through some cannabis college courses so I have something to fall back on.

[21:17:53] Dr_DICK Looking at both a Quality Assurance/Quality Control course and some specialities in extraction, basically just legitimize my knowledge

[21:23:19] Dr_DICK I had to get mad and advocate for myself to be sent to a specialist, my original physiotherapist was more concerned about asking me if I restarted work rather than how I was healing

[21:24:00] Dr_DICK And it helps that I have a case worker because this is a work related injury rather than me having to go get this through a doctor.

[21:31:38] Dr_DICK April 8th at like 3am I went to go take a shit and passed out from gut pain, woke up wedged between the toilet and bathtub, landed on my shoulder and pushed my neck back. Went to the doctor the next day as this was a Sunday and he gave me a couple of days of light work duties to let things heal, then on my first day back to full duties I was still hurting so I told them I wasn't lifting shit, all I could do at that point was prepare

[21:31:39] Dr_DICK towel bundles. Cut a few into bundles and as I was on my forth I was pressing down with the knife and felt some pops in my shoulder followed by burning, then a while later noticed that a 2.3kg bottle of hexane felt heavy af and knew something was very wrong

[21:33:46] Dr_DICK And then things were going good once I commenced physio and the exercises but after a week and a half I began to over-do it.

[21:35:09] Dr_DICK Now the specialist thinks the bursa in my shoulder is still inflamed to shit and causing my freaky range of motion issues so I gotta get a cortisone shot

[21:35:54] Dr_DICK It's kinda freaky sometimes, as the pain in my shoulder gets worse and things lock up things also feel heavier.

[21:36:07] Dr_DICK I've lost some grip strength in my index and middle finger

[21:36:55] Dr_DICK I can tollerate lifting 30lbs waist to floor but only 10lbs waist to head and carrying

[21:37:10] Dr_DICK At least when I was at the specialist yesterday that was my stats
