[19:01:30] Esjay I had sex ed in 5th grade, and it was informative, but then the sex ed at a different school when I was in 7th grade I think, was utterly incompetent as it was so vague, and it required parents consent. Then the county wondered why teen pregnancies were so high...

[19:02:59] Esjay No because they would throw the blame at the parents of the kids, put the kids into foster care, and then you'd have pregnant kids in the system making them more money

[19:04:58] Esjay foster care is a broken and abused system for local government systems to make more money

[19:06:02] Esjay government systems get money via taxes, which means more money from peoples property taxes and other local taxes goes towards that broken system

[19:08:34] Esjay the foster system is a branch of local government, and if they 'need' more funding, they get a higher allocation

[19:11:19] Esjay I saw a friend of mine lose her kids because her husband she was leaving, stole her meds and were selling them and he tested positive for drugs even though she was in the process of moving out

[19:11:57] Esjay Yep, she was trying to escape an abusive situation that she couldn't get help for, and wound up in an even worse situation
