[21:27:31] Dr_DICK Friendo is so concerned about making it to probation but doesn't seem to realise that I am both responsible for her training and am the one that decides if she stays or goes. Literally doesn't listen to me on things she thinks she knows better on but will go above and beyond in situations that don't call for it to be a good worker

[21:29:58] Dr_DICK Expert should know that if we do different documentation annotations here than previous place, she shouldn't be using the previous place's documentation even when ours is different.

[21:30:30] Dr_DICK She'll have hundreds of pages to go back and correct the correction annotation

[21:30:34] Dr_DICK It's been a month now

[21:31:25] Dr_DICK Depends, sometimes the paperwork is more complicated than the task and sometimes it's the other way around

[21:32:54] Dr_DICK I don't want to have to sit her down and formally give her shit, I go camping with her next weekend

[21:33:38] Dr_DICK Best part of it all is I had a cigarette after and today was day 3 of no cigarettes

[21:35:39] Dr_DICK Literally made it 72 hours and 24 minutes

[21:36:15] Dr_DICK I'll just get through the weekend and see what Monday brings

[21:36:25] Dr_DICK Just a bump not the finish line

[21:36:34] Dr_DICK I left my cigarettes at work
