[15:05:52] sushi-chan my laptop's screen was "separating" from the rest of the laptop so I had to give it to a pro they fixed it but they took 2 weeks to do that so thats why I was not here for a long time.

[15:10:42] sushi-chan i have some good explanations of why my motivation finally worked to eat less fat and sugar and exercise more and drink more water. I went to see a dietitian, and a medical help boost me better than if I try to motivate myself I can't. But a doctor telling me you have to do that, it made me feel some kind of pressure which triggered my motivation.

[15:14:05] sushi-chan I've been waiting for years for that motivation to get triggered and just seeing a dietitian worked lol. If I knew that before, I would have done it earlier

[15:15:27] sushi-chan gentoo: well, you have a good internal motivation, which I dont have. So I needed a medical help to finally get my motivation triggered

[15:18:23] sushi-chan ok so thanks to that dietitian im now 77kg instead of 80kg. My doc told me, according to my BMI, that I should weight around 65kg. So my goal is 65kg. Im 77kg. But Im sure I can make it, with that medical diet help its gonna work like a charm! its already working :D
