[08:11:21] BlackSnow decided to come check out irc after a long time to see if anyone is still kicking around on here

[08:19:36] BlackSnow so i have a usb drive with 2 partitions and the 10gb partition is fat32 and has a windows 10 installer on it, the other 50gb i have as a flash drive and it was exfat

[08:20:21] BlackSnow i plugged it into a windows 7 machine and it couldnt see the exfat partition so i reformatted it in windows 10 as ntfs and windows 7 still cant see it rofl

[08:23:52] BlackSnow i would usually conclude that its the flash drive but it works in everything else, but ill try check disk, you never know

[08:25:08] BlackSnow ive kind of been out of the computer world for about 10 years now, i was deep into it before i became an adult i guess and started getting into motorcycles and cars and working a lot

[08:27:19] BlackSnow its funny i couldnt remember that when typing diskmgmt in run you had to add .msc at the end and i ended up using the diskpart command in cmd instead rofl

[08:44:04] BlackSnow our population has increased substantially since the beginning of the covid pandemic with so many jobs becoming remote and rent has skyrocketed

[08:47:19] BlackSnow my first job was a pet store for about a year and a half, then a restraunt as a delivery driver for another year and a half, then a vintage motorcycle shop as a shop hand, then a window blind installers helper, then i started my own window blind installing buisness and made around 80k last year, and now no one needs an installer all of a sudden and ive been o

[09:01:05] BlackSnow my brother has a degree in both computer science and computer engineering, but even though he is older then me, he only went that way because he was following my interest at the time

[09:04:10] BlackSnow the math doesent scare me, its whats needed represent and confirm the validity of ideas and theories

[09:05:02] BlackSnow proving a theory with math is the shittiest part in my opinion but, once done, the reward is well worth it i think

[14:59:28] BlackSnow it was a homebrew program i installed on my r4 card

[15:01:14] BlackSnow took a while for me to find out that the chat on dsorganize was actually IRC and from there i upgraded to a much better homebrew program called CLIRC

[15:02:28] BlackSnow i still miss CLIRC it was really really well made
