[11:40:06] HelderHeid then he arrogantly declared that the customer had ONE JOB which was to adjust to him.

[11:40:57] HelderHeid oh he was measuring something for them - and gave the customer the measurement in inches - she then asked for centimeters - so he gave it in inches again and then deigned to give it in cm

[11:41:18] HelderHeid and kept forcing inches on her despite her repeatedly asking for the measurements in centimeters

[11:42:02] HelderHeid it finally came out - he has to find it in inches so he can go down to the lower half of the tape to get the cm - he is seemingly incapable of just looking at the cm side of the tape

[11:43:06] HelderHeid nah, he just struggles to use the metric side of the tape measure... i've no idea why...
