[23:31:09] Ryu took 3 months of escrow payments to get things sorted on that end

[23:32:07] Ryu them dumbasses lost the cover page to my insurance, and since they Never called me to deal with insurance, they just went and got house insurance themselves and 8 months L- 8- R I find all this out
