[23:33:01] Dr_DICK My dad started growing weed last year and our first plant ended up getting nearly destroyed by aphids but we got a good 40g~ crop out of it. We got tents indoors now lmao

[23:34:45] Dr_DICK I loved working in the greenhouse at work when it was in operation, so relaxing and yeah it can be some big money if done right. We were attempting an order for 700 clones for a company for like $50,000 or some shit but then we had to shut it all down. That part of the facility was too unmaintained by the time my work was ready to use it

[23:35:37] Dr_DICK The greenhouse was built in 2018, a company leased it for a year and got a crop of hemp out of it in 2019 and then it sat unused and barely maintained until late 2022. There was still water in the drip lines

[23:36:36] Dr_DICK Like we started in October 2022 and then had to put an end to everything mid-July. Poor greenhouse guys lost their jobs but at least I was already part of the production operation just on loan to them

[23:40:04] Dr_DICK Officially I don't think anyone is allowed to work high but there's nuance to it. Some people handle their weed better than others, whereas a bartender working drunk is less subjective to the effects. Everyone feels alcohol the same but not weed

[23:41:05] Dr_DICK My friend's mom is a manager at a local pot store and she allows some workers to work high as long as she doesn't officially know. She knows and can smell the dab pen vapor in the bathroom lmao

[23:48:07] Dr_DICK If they're not high at work and it doesn't affect their job (Which includes dealing with Co-Workers) I don't see the harm in it. The transmissibility of fentanyl high is overblown, there's no risk of getting dosed unless they finger fucked your coffee after finger fucking their wallet or wherever they'd keep drugs
