[15:47:13] MervPumpkinhead so if you go to the grocery & get a head of lettuce, the way to find the best one is to pick a bunch of them up & feel how much they weigh

[15:47:50] MervPumpkinhead when the leaves get green, they hold less water & are lighter. Heavy lettuce is full of water & is not fully ripe.
