[02:34:46] TechJunky I grew up eating friend crabs and shrimp and all that

[02:34:53] TechJunky but I cook just about anything

[02:40:21] TechJunky I like southern food . So crawldad's , boudane, all that . I agree if you make scallops wrong , its a bit much for sure.

[02:51:52] TechJunky I used to make red snapper with crepes and asparagus. I'd slit the snapper so it wouldn't fold up in the pan . Then I'd make loaded potato's and roll them in the crepes. I'd charcoal the asparagus . I'd cross the rolled crepes lay the snapper on top. With some asparagus on top then put hollandaise sauce on it. It was scrumdidlyumptious
