[03:19:19] Kuro-chan I find when I see it 'just' start to thicken, I get it off the heat, put it in the mixer with a little coconut oil, sugar, salt and mustard powder and mix it up, chill it for a little, put the olive oil on top, then work the oil in a little bit at a time.
