[11:07:57] HelderHeid it's like running your hands/wrists under cold water to cool off but without the mess and lasts for hours

[11:08:10] HelderHeid got a decent night's sleep as they last for ages

[11:08:56] HelderHeid yeah i'd do that if i didn't have the strips - but the strips are even less effort and mess

[11:10:05] HelderHeid i keep thinking about getting a dehumidifier to really drop the humidity but haven't yet
