[18:53:36] Anubis169 sha256sum -c /path/to/file.tar

[18:54:07] Anubis169 md5sum -c /path/to/file.md5 or sha256sum -c /path/to/file.shad256
[18:55:37] Anubis169 and it'll do the checksum for the file listed inside it (it's only a text file after all) and give you a verified/corrupted/filemissing result
