[03:13:39] superkuh IRC asynchronicity is the best.

[03:17:28] superkuh Search engines worked. Everyone had their own site/servers. Things were *protocols* instead of products. The overall complexity for most technologies was limited and easy to learn. Games had no microtransactions and mods were king. Computer performance advanced by doubling and overclocks could do that for you too.

[03:19:27] superkuh I like that the page is actual HTML and displays fine without javascript.
