[02:38:44] @ No_One/rizon Have fun
[02:43:00] @ No_One/rizon About 15 years ago there was a restaurant here that had a Fried mushroom appetizer. It was huge and came with an excellent horseradish sauce. Sine the place closed closed I have not found another place that even comes close to how well they did it
[02:51:10] @ No_One/rizon ked: I can do better at home easily
[02:51:52] @ No_One/rizon It's not hard to outcook a restaurant at home
[02:53:05] @ No_One/rizon Just wish I could still get something close without that kind of effort. Was a good place
[02:55:08] @ No_One/rizon At home you have the luxury of time. That cooks in a restaurant just do not have. The only advantage a restaurant has is tool. Such as fryers, griddles and the like.
[02:55:29] @ No_One/rizon If you can get said tools
[02:56:03] @ No_One/rizon It's easy to outdo 90% of restaurants
[02:59:53] @ No_One/rizon I tried befriending a duck once
[02:59:58] @ No_One/rizon Did not turn out well
[03:00:08] @ No_One/rizon The command does NOT befriend ducks
[03:00:49] @ No_One/rizon The duck wants to live
[03:00:52] @ No_One/rizon Let it
[03:01:49] @ No_One/rizon Damn it
[03:01:59] @ No_One/rizon Now I really want fried mushrooms
[03:02:38] @ No_One/rizon If only I also had fresh greenbeans from the garden too
[03:02:51] @ No_One/rizon As they also are great fried
[03:03:04] @ No_One/rizon But none are readt
[03:03:08] @ No_One/rizon ready*
[03:04:10] @ No_One/rizon Lots of zucchini though
[03:05:05] @ No_One/rizon Also lots of jalepenos
[03:05:20] @ No_One/rizon OUrs came very early this year
[03:13:22] @ No_One/rizon ked: I do not consider Jalapenos spicy.
[03:13:33] @ No_One/rizon I Am also growing reaper peppers
[03:13:37] @ No_One/rizon I can share
[03:14:34] @ No_One/rizon They have a truely "Classic chili" taste
[03:14:47] @ No_One/rizon Where as ghost peppers have a bitter edge
[03:15:22] @ No_One/rizon I make a sriracha with them with cherry peppers
[03:15:41] @ No_One/rizon The cherry peppers are the bulk and sweetness
[03:15:46] @ No_One/rizon The reapers are the heat
[03:16:00] @ No_One/rizon Works well
[03:17:44] @ No_One/rizon I grew some sugar rush cream peppers this year
[03:17:57] @ No_One/rizon Intend to try them as a sriracha too
[03:19:22] @ No_One/rizon Baccatum type peppers tend to v=be very tasty
