[06:16:56] Kuro-chan/rizon easy cookies: 1 egg, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar. whisk together to lighten up the colour of the egg a bit, add 1/4 cup soft butter and 1/4 tsp salt, whisk a bit more to cream the butter. switch to large wooden spoon. Add 1 1/4 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder and lots of chocolate chips. Make cookie dough. If it's still wet as hell, maybe add a little more flour to dry it a bit
[06:16:58] Kuro-chan/rizon ... Make several balls (15-24, depending on how big you want the cookies, enough to fill a whole tray), flatten them a bit. Bake at 350F in the upper part of the oven for about 11 minutes. Remove, cool and EAT, EAT, EAT!
[06:18:03] Kuro-chan/rizon the heavy egg whisking is something I normally do with a lot of my baking. It's how I end up with ridiculously good cakes. Even my pancakes are fairly fluffy.
