[04:39:58] NiniGeo2/rizon They do make pillows out of the same materials as mattresses that are designed to stay cold, but I've never had a pillow or a mattress that actually stays cold the whole night.

[04:40:47] NiniGeo2/rizon In theory you could fill a plastic bag with ice cubes and put that inside your pillowcase, but I think it'd still end up getting your bed wet 'cuz of the condensation even if the plastic bag doesn't leak :o

[04:41:51] NiniGeo2/rizon Yeah some peeps like memory foam pillows (and mattresses). I think they're too dense, personally.

[04:43:30] NiniGeo2/rizon I think the best way to solve the problem in my case is to keep my bedroom temp. really low so that when I go to bed at night the whole bed and pillows and everything are cold too.
