[23:26:40] kaitphone I'm the lead biller for a road service company that specializes in trucks/trailers/chassis.

[23:29:08] kaitphone We recently got a new manager and she thinks she knows how to do our jobs better than we do. She was promoted from being in dispatch. She has a basic knowledge of billing, but she's not completely trained and doesn't know all the nuances.

[23:29:23] kaitphone So I'm having to correct a lot of her shit and she's taking offense to that.
